Appointment Cancellation Policy

Respecting Our Time and Yours
We understand that scheduling conflicts can arise. To ensure we can provide timely service to everyone, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Reducing No-Shows
Unfortunately, we've experienced over 2,000 no-shows in the past year. This not only impacts our ability to serve existing clients, but also limits appointment availability for others.

To be fair to everyone, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:

  • Cancellations made with at least 24 hours' notice: No charge. We appreciate you letting us know as soon as possible.
  • No-shows or cancellations made within 24 hours: A $50 fee will be applied to your account.
